Indications for Use: This transition connector is intended for connecting a male oral tip syringe or a male Luer slip tip syringe to an enteral giving set with an ENFit medication port.
Specification:
- Ready to use.
- Sterile
- Not made with natural rubber latex.
- Not formulated with DEMP or BPA.
Warnings:
- Use this transition connector ONLY if an ENFit syringe is NOT available.
- Use ONLY with enteral feeding systems.
- NOT for intravenous Use.
- This transition connector does not protect against inadvertent misconnection with connectors of non enteral healthcare applications.
- Do NOT use if package is open or damaged.
- NOT for use with Luer lock syringes.
Duration of Use: Do NOT use for more than 24 hours.
Please note: Do not reuse, as the connector may have been contaminated during use and become a source of infection.
Follow good clinical practice and national/local guidelines for safe disposal. Small parts are a potential choking hazard if this device is not used as intended. Use under adult supervision.

There is a 30 day return on any faulty products. To be eligible you must return items at your cost. We guarantee that any product found to be faulty supplied by us, will be accepted for return and we will refund all costs associated with the returned item. IMPORTANT NOTE: Should any faulty item be a TGA Registered Medical Product or Device, we are required to submit a report to the Registered Manufacturer in accordance with the TGA Legislation. This is a way of ensuring that any device is safely tracked and monitored for safety. We may ask you a few questions and we are required to verify any fault. SOLMED only supplies to Australian Addresses.
Solmed dispatches all goods via Australia Post or TNT whichever is deemed suitable. We post to all addresses in Australia including Post Office Boxes. Tracking will be notified on Parcels where applicable. Solmed will advise if any product is not available and offer either a substitute, refund or back order.
