Using NDIS Funding at Solmed

Self Managed: Self-managed funds give you the flexibility to control your NDIS consumables purchases, allowing you to claim directly from the NDIA. You can conveniently place your orders through our online store. Additionally, we can send you a tax invoice for your claims.

Plan Managed: If you are plan managed, you have two options:

1. On Account: Simply download the biller form, have your plan manager complete it, and return it to us. Once we set up your account, we’ll reach out to you, and you can start ordering. At checkout, select "NDIS Participant." If your account is approved, we’ll dispatch your order before payment. BILLER AUTHORISATION FORM 
2. Prepaid: You can place an order and select "NDIS Participant" at checkout. Please provide us with your plan manager's email, along with the participant’s full name and NDIS number. We will send your order to the plan manager and dispatch it upon receiving payment.

NDIA Managed: If you are agency managed, you have two options:

1. On Account: Simply download the service agreement and return the completed form to us. Once we process the service agreement, we’ll contact you, and you can start ordering. At checkout, select "NDIS Participant." If your account is approved, we’ll dispatch your order before payment. SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM
2. Prepaid: You can place an order and select "NDIS Participant" at checkout. Please provide the participant’s full name, date of birth, and NDIS number. We will claim your order directly through the NDIS and dispatch it upon receiving payment.
