Investing in an AED is a great step forward, because it can increase the chance of survival for witnessed Cardiac Arrest from 5% to 85% - when combined with the other links in the chain of survival. New changes to Australian Resuscitation Guidelines recommends the use of prompt devices to improve CPR quality. Real Economy for the Real World
Two parts, one expiration date. Pad-Pak™ cartridge combines battery and electrode pads, with one expiration date to monitor.
Low cost of ownership. Cartridge has a shelf life of 4 years from date of manufacture, offering significant savings over other defibrillators that require separate battery and pad units.
Protects both adults and children. The HeartSine PAD’s built-in intelligence and unique Pediatric Pad-Pak, which is available for 1-8 years of age (<25 kg or 55 lbs), ensure the appropriate energy level is delivered for children. CPR Advisor is automatically turned off when a Pediatric Pad-Pak is used.
