How to Use:
- Set the red indicator to the bottom of the scale.
- Stand up, take a deep breath, and place your mouth around the peak flow meter, holding it horizontally to form a tight seal with your lips.
- Exhale forcefully and rapidly. The number where the indicator stops reflects your peak measurement. Avoid coughing or spitting into the meter to ensure accurate readings.
- Repeat the steps two more times to obtain three readings. Record the highest reading in your daily record chart.
